There are moments in a chef’s life that are quietly monumental. Moments that don’t announce themselves with noise, but with presence. Collaborating for the 2025 edition of Literatur am Dom at Romantik Hotel-Restaurant Altenberger Hof became one such milestone.

Standing with Michelin Legends

It was a rare and profound honour to share the kitchen with two of Germany’s most celebrated culinary figures — Chef Dieter Müller, whose name is etched into the very history of fine dining, and Chef Daniel Gottschlich, the dynamic force of modern gastronomy. Their presence alone was enough to elevate the evening into a living memory.

My Signature Dessert: Dulcey-Masala-Chai-Grießflammerie

To mark the occasion, I created a dessert rooted in depth, balance, and emotion:
